Refund Policy

1. Session Bookings

All session bookings are subject to JO1 Coaching’s 24-hour cancellation policy.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or session credit.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are non-refundable.

​

Failure to attend a booked session without notice will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

2. 1:1 Sessions

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled 1:1 session are eligible for a full refund or session credit.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are non-refundable.

​

No-shows are non-refundable.

​

3. Weekly Group Sessions 

This applies to Foundation, Youth and Advanced sessions.

​

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or session credit.

​

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are non-refundable.

​

4. GK Camps & events

All bookings for goalkeeper camps, masterclasses and special events are non-refundable.

​

Where possible, a booked place may be transferred to another goalkeeper. Please contact JO1 Coaching before the event to arrange this.

​

5. Cancellations by JO1 Coaching

f JO1 Coaching cancels a session, camp or event, customers will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to an alternative date.

​

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside of the above policy are at the sole discretion of JO1 Coaching.
